Allan is the inventor and a senior developer of the UMask platform — the first software solution to mask unstructured data. And with over 20 years' industry experience, Allan is an expert in data privacy and security. 

In partnership with market leader IBM, Allan successfully architected and delivered data privacy, test data management, and data archiving solutions for hundreds of Fortune 500 organizations. These included Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and St. Jude’s Bank.

After leaving IBM, Allan decided to leverage his skills in database design, database access, data privacy, and data obfuscation. In 2009, he co-founded ABMartin, offering best practice consultancy to help protect companies' classified sensitive data. 

In his current role, Allan helps to establish competitive, scalable, and professional standards in data privacy. He also provides vision and leadership for key technologies —  including database management systems, grid computing, data privacy, and encryption processes.

Barbara is an ABMartin co-founder and strong early-stage sales leader. Whilst working as an IBM partner, Barbara drove revenues in excess of 600%. 

Drawing on 20 years’ experience in high-tech startups, Barbara’s capabilities include effective direct sales, indirect sales, and operations.

Barbara has proven success in deploying go-to market strategies, establishing repeatable sales processes, and developing effective marketing and channel approaches.  

Paul is a technical specialist who helps transforms data with complete data protection. He creates software solutions to maintain compliance and reduce risk across enterprises.

For over thirty-five years, Paul has worked in the management of enterprise data. His career has focused on creating solutions for data governance, database management systems, data storage arrays, and disaster recovery. 

Tammy is a data privacy and security specialist with over 20 years of experience and proven success in IT. With an extensive technical background in software engineering and consulting, many of her experiences focus on the gathering, processing, and distribution of data. 

Previously part of IBM’s Optim Worldwide Center of Excellence team, Tammy has delivered data governance services and data privacy solutions across the globe. She has architected and implemented services and solutions in the insurance, healthcare, education, and finance industries for both private and public sectors. 

Among her accomplishments, Tammy managed a strategic business organization in a software firm — accounting for over a quarter of the corporate revenues. She also engineered a variety of software applications for different industries, including software manufacturers, telco, finance, and engineering. 

Tammy co-founded a successful profit center for software development services, designed to compete with low-cost offshore development firms. She also operated a commodities brokerage firm on the Commodities Exchange Inc. (now the New York Mercantile Exchange).

Jimmy is a technical specialist who has been actively involved in IT for over 40 years. He has more than a decade of experience providing technical sales, technical support, product implementation, and product delivery for a range of IBM product suites.

He has worked across numerous industries, including aerospace, defense, banking, finance, insurance, communications, and healthcare. Jimmy has extensive experience in implementing solutions across a range of Microsoft Windows and Linux/UNIX platforms, OS platforms, IBM Db2, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server — and other relational and non-relational data sources.

David a senior solution delivery engineer with a broad set of IT skills covering both z/OS® and distributed platforms. Working with the Optim suite of products for over 16 years, David has implemented Optim solutions in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. 

His extensive IT business experience covers a range of industries, including insurance, banking, healthcare, and nuclear power. David has also worked closely with auditors and industry regulators in the areas of information privacy and data retention.

David is also the co-author of the IBM Redbook ‘Implementing an InfoSphere Optim Data Growth Solution’. 

Fred is a senior technical specialist working with clients to provide data management solutions. Always a teacher at heart, Fred enjoys simplifying and sharing information on complex database management solutions.

With over 40 years in IT and education, Fred’s background includes z/OS and distributed systems, software development, database design, software training, and education. Fred has in excess of 20 years experience working with Optim clients worldwide, providing technical leadership for Optim Data Management Solutions across entire enterprises.

Before joining ABMartin, Fred worked at IBM as an Optim Solution Architect and Princeton Softech as both pre- and post-sales technical specialist and trainer.  He also managed a large education group at Applied Data Research and Computer Associates.   

Fred continues to work with Optim Clients providing data management solutions, including data privacy, data obfuscation, test data management, data archiving, and data retirement solutions.

David focuses on successfully delivering state-of-the-art data privacy solutions for all unstructured and structured data across an organization. His major functions include management of sales opportunities and partnering, including IBM.

David began his career on the mainframe, driving major projects for 11 years. Whilst at Oracle, he developed a successful customer base in multiple industries. This resulted in 100% year-on-year growth — for eight years. He eventually took up the Regional Technical Director position, with responsibility for a team of over 100 people.

Having led the development, technical sales, and sales organizations at multiple technology startups in marketing, project management and CRM, David grew a worldwide team from one technical field consultant to over 200 people. 

For 13 years, David managed the Worldwide Center of Excellence team at IBM, with staff in China and North America, working with international customers and partners to adopt best practices in data management, ILM, virtual databases, and data privacy.

Fritz is a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in database knowledge and application development. Fritz began his career in public government as a responsible database administrator (DBA) where he spent 18 years.

In his previous roles, Fritz spent 3 additional years in the software industry, where he focused on financial and banking solutions. He was involved in all aspects of the development and administration of various large systems, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.

Prior to joining ABMartin, Fritz  had responsibility for pre-sales activities. He has presented and implemented Optim solutions throughout the entire EMEA region. He also led training for clients and prospective clients in the use of archiving and testing and data migration tools, in both mainframe and server environments.  

Sue is an Optim technical specialist who performs enterprise data analysis, obfuscation of data, and retirement of data.

For over fifteen years, Sue has worked with enterprise financial applications. Her career has focused on application development, database management, and systems programming.

For over 25 years, Jason has developed software on IBM z/OS mainframes. He has accumulated a huge amount of experience in databases and file structures. 

Throughout his career, Jason has worked across a range of industries from retail and grocery to healthcare. In the latter, he became a Subject Matter Expert across a variety of systems. 

With expertise in data archiving from legacy mainframe data structures, Jason specializes in the Optim suite of products.  

Trong is a Test Data Management and Data Privacy Specialist with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. His expertise spans a variety of roles across several industries. He has a background in database and desktop application development, web development, reports development, process automation, data warehousing, and server and systems administration. He has developed, implemented, and supported solutions in retail, manufacturing, technology, insurance and healthcare.

Most recently, Trong has been an advocate for data privacy utilizing IBM Optim to obfuscate and protect data while managing multiple test environments and test data for a premier health insurance company in Western New York. During this time, Trong also became a certified IBM Optim Specialist and certified ITIL practitioner which helped to reinforce his knowledge and allowed him to successfully implement the Optim TDM and Data Privacy solution as well as establish ITIL Test Environment best practices.Trong is passionate about solving problems and is known to innovate and push the boundaries of technology in order to achieve success.
